The UHR 1000+ dataset is the largest, longitudinal cohort of individuals who are ultra-high risk of psychosis to date. The cohort consists of UHR individuals who participated in at least one of the 14 studies of UHR individuals conducted at Orygen Youth Health, Melbourne, Australia, between 1996 and 2021. It comprises >1,200 UHR individuals. Clinical data includes general psychiatric symptoms, negative symptoms of psychosis, mood and anxiety symptoms, and functioning.
